Agreement

These terms apply to your use of getkeystoneai.com and to communications you receive from Keystone AI (“Keystone AI,” “we,” “us”). Keystone AI is currently a sole proprietorship operated by Raj Chaudhari. By using the site or opting in to messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What we do

Keystone AI provides lead response, nurture and conversion automation for real estate agents, teams and brokerages. Services provided to clients are governed by the agreement between Keystone AI and that client. Prices and availability shown on this site may change, and services marked “Coming soon” are not yet available.

Messaging program

If you submit a form or book a call and agree to be contacted, Keystone AI may send you emails and text messages about your inquiry and your appointments, including automated messages. Where Keystone AI operates messaging for a real estate agent or brokerage, those messages are sent on behalf of the agent or brokerage you contacted.

• Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: do not attempt to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else without their permission.

Examples on this site

Conversations, names, phone numbers, dashboards and figures shown in demonstrations on this site are fictional examples. They illustrate how the services work and are not results or guarantees.

Intellectual property

The site and its content belong to Keystone AI or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as the law allows.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Keystone AI disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from messages sent or not received.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
