What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected through getkeystoneai.com and through lead forms, booking pages and messaging that Keystone AI operates for itself or on behalf of the real estate agents and brokerages that are its clients.
Information we collect
Through lead forms and booking pages we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Details about your inquiry, such as a property you asked about, whether you are buying or selling, your timeline, your price range and whether you already work with an agent
- Appointment details, if you book a call or a showing
- The content of messages you send in reply to emails or text messages
- Your consent choices, including whether you opted in to receive text messages
Our website and service providers may also collect basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up by email or text message, including automated follow-up, on behalf of the agent or brokerage you contacted
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments
- To pass your inquiry and conversation to the agent or brokerage you contacted so a person can help you
- To operate, maintain and improve our services
- To comply with legal obligations and honor opt-out requests
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide a phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send messages related to your inquiry and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With the real estate agent or brokerage you contacted
- With service providers that help us operate the service, such as messaging, email, scheduling and customer relationship management providers, who may use it only to provide those services to us
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Keystone AI, our clients or others
The sharing described above does not include sharing mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service to the agent or brokerage you contacted, to keep records of consent and opt-out requests, and to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or replying to ask. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email hello@getkeystoneai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
