Keystone AI is an automation agency with one focus: turning the leads real estate agents already pay for into conversations and booked appointments.
What we do
We build and run the follow-up most agents mean to do and can’t always get to. A new lead gets a reply in seconds. A missed call gets a text back. Cold contacts in the database get re-engaged. When someone answers, the conversation goes to the agent.
That is Keystone Lead Response, and it is available today. Lead Nurture, which keeps working the leads who aren’t ready yet, and Keystone Brokerage, which qualifies and routes leads across a team, are coming next.
How we do it
Around what you already have. Keystone works alongside Follow Up Boss, kvCORE / BoldTrail, Lofty, or whatever you use now, so there is no switch and no migration.
Every system is built and tested end to end before it touches a real lead. Nothing goes live on a guess.
Why only real estate
Agents pay real money for leads and then lose them for the least interesting reason there is: nobody got back to them in time. Not because the agent didn’t care. Because the agent was at a showing, or at a closing, or asleep.
That is a fixable problem, and it is the only one we work on. Lead response, nurture and conversion for real estate. Nothing else.
